Account & Subscription

Common questions about registration, devices, data, and plans.

Do I need to provide an email address to register?

No. Registration only requires a username and password — no email address or contact details needed. Once registered, you can log in to the user panel, choose a plan, and get your subscription link.

How many devices can I use with one account at the same time?

Unlimited. One account supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with no limit on simultaneous devices. Multiple family members can share it.

Does subscription data reset automatically every month?

Yes. Monthly subscription data resets on the activation date each month. For example, if you activate the ¥18/month plan with 250GB on August 15, it resets to a new 250GB allowance on September 15. If you use up the data early, you can buy a data pack as a temporary top-up. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by remaining days.

How is the price difference calculated if I upgrade mid-cycle?

When upgrading, the unused portion of what you paid is prorated by remaining days and credited toward the new plan. For example, if you activate the ¥9.9 plan at the start of the month and upgrade to the ¥18 plan on day 10, the system calculates the value of the remaining 20 days and you only pay the difference. The upgraded data allowance starts from the upgrade effective date.

What's the difference between a data pack and a monthly subscription?

A data pack is a one-time data allowance that lasts until used up and never expires. A monthly subscription is paid monthly, with data resetting on the activation date each month. If your usage fluctuates a lot, you can add a data pack on top of your monthly subscription as temporary extra capacity.

Is data transmission secure? What encryption is used?

Data transmission uses military-grade encryption, with standard protocols like TLS and AES protecting the link. This service does not log your browsing content — only essential account and billing information is retained.

Connection & Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting for connection failures, proxy routing, and permission settings.

Why can't my client connect?

First check that your local network is working, then confirm your account plan is still active. If the network is fine but the connection fails, try switching routes, restarting the client, or checking whether your system time is accurate — a large time offset can cause TLS handshake failures. If the problem persists, submit a ticket in the user panel and attach the client logs for troubleshooting.

Why can't a certain app or website go through the proxy?

If smart split routing is enabled, only traffic matching the rules goes through the accelerated routes; the rest goes directly through your local network. Check whether the app or website is covered by the split rules. If you want all traffic to go through the proxy, switch to global mode.

Do I need to buy again after switching devices?

No. Your subscription is tied to your account, not to a device. Just install the client on the new device, log in with the same account, and import the subscription link. Your existing plan and remaining data are unaffected.

Where do I get my subscription link? How often does it update?

After logging in to the user panel, you can get your subscription link on the 'Download Client' or 'Subscription' page. The link is valid long-term, but we recommend re-importing it after changing plans or after each data reset to make sure the client gets the latest configuration.

What if the client says system permission is not granted?

On macOS, the system prompts for 'Network Extension' and 'System Configuration' authorization on first run. If you accidentally declined, go to 'System Settings → Privacy & Security' to enable the permissions manually. On iOS, you need to allow the configuration profile under 'Settings → General → VPN & Device Management'.

Speed & Routes

Speed-related questions about route selection, peak hours, and latency fluctuations.

Why does my speed slow down during peak hours?

During peak hours (usually 19:00–23:00), international exit bandwidth gets congested, and route latency and packet loss increase. We recommend switching to relay or IEPL dedicated routes, which are more stable during peak times. You can also try changing to a different regional node. If stuttering persists, check whether your local upload bandwidth is being used by other apps.

How do I choose the best route for me?

If you mainly access services in a specific region, choose a route in that region or nearby (e.g., pick a Japan route for Japanese services). For streaming, choose routes marked as 'Streaming' supported. For everyday browsing, just pick a route with low latency.

Are the latency numbers in the route status real-time?

The route status list shows reference latency and bandwidth to help you quickly gauge route quality — it's not a real-time speed test result. Actual speed depends on your local bandwidth, distance, and time of day; real-world experience is what matters.

How are 100+ countries / 150+ routes distributed?

Routes cover 100+ countries and regions worldwide, with 150+ routes in total, including IEPL dedicated, relay, and direct connection types. Popular regions like Hong Kong, Japan, the United States, Singapore, and France each have multiple nodes to choose from. The route list is grouped by region on the nodes page for easy selection.

Billing & Refunds

Details on payment methods, plan pricing, data packs, and the refund policy.

What payment methods are supported?

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. All payments are completed within the user panel, and the plan takes effect immediately after payment.

How are monthly subscription plans priced?

There are three monthly tiers: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by remaining days.

How much do data packs cost? Do they expire?

There are three data pack tiers: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Data packs last until used up and never expire — ideal for users with fluctuating usage or those who want long-term reserves.

What is the refund policy?

A 7-day no-questions-asked refund is supported. If you're not satisfied, submit a ticket in the user panel to request a refund — no reason needed.

How do I apply for a refund?

Log in to the user panel, go to the 'Tickets' page, select the 'Refund' topic, and submit a request. Customer support will process the refund after verification.
